Terry Schilling Gilberstadt Named Vice Chairman of Horton Holding, Inc.

April 12, 2016 – ROSEVILLE, MN – Horton Holding, Inc., today announced the appointment of Terry Schilling Gilberstadt to vice chairman/corporate secretary. She has previously served as corporate secretary and manager of Horton Transportation for Horton Holding, Inc. and will retain those positions in her new role. Schilling Gilberstadt, daughter of Horton founder, Hugh Schilling, has been a member of the Horton Board of Directors since 1999 and originally joined the company in 1989, serving in several management and administrative jobs during that time.

“ Terry has been instrumental in the growth of the Horton organization, and I’m looking forward to working with her in this expanded leadership role,” said Cordell Dietz, CEO, Horton Holding, Inc.

She is currently a member of the Roseville Rotary executive board, Junior Achievement of the Upper Midwest Board of Directors, Minnesota State Fair Foundation Board, United Theological Seminary Board and the board of Global Minnesota. Active in community work throughout her life, she is a past board member of YMCA Camp Icaghowan and Lake Area Technical Institute, Watertown, SD.

Schilling Gilberstadt graduated from Hamline University, and has participated in the Mini MBA Program at the University of St. Thomas (UST), and various graduate courses in the UST Family Business Program. Before joining Horton she taught school and owned and operated an educational toy store.
